Climate Change
The post goes on to say “These are the devastating effects of anthropogenic climate change. This is the slaughter of life, the destruction of nature and the loss of hope. Let’s make 2020 the year that we stand up for the climate. It’s time to speak up for the voiceless and take action for what is right.”
Many global leaders have started to take climate change seriously amid protestors and climate scientists saying it’s almost too late to undo the damage done to the planet and we must act now if we want to save our fragile ecosystem.
Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, has pledged $1.4 billion towards recovery efforts, however, some say it will take decades for wildlife and ecosystems to return to many parts of Australia as it continues to bake in the scorching bush fires.
