As we draw closer to the years music awards ceremonies to recognised some of the best talent across the globe, Heavy Music Awards have announced this the finalists for 2019 event, and what a line up.

The event will host an award for the following categories: BEST ALBUM, BEST UK BAND, BEST INTERNATIONAL BAND, BEST LIVE BAND, BEST UK BREAKTHROUGH BAND, BEST INTERNATIONAL BREAKTHROUGH BAND, and BEST ALBUM ARTWORK.

Co founder Dave Bradley said: “We’re overwhelmed by the support the HMAs have received from the industry at large, and excited that the many hundreds of individuals who nominated have once again produced shortlists that show the strength and diversity of the heavy music landscape in 2019.”.

Heavy Music Awards 2019 will take place at O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, on 22 August.
