Released in 1994 starring Uma Thurman, Bruce Willis, John Travolta, Samuel L Jackson, and Ving Rhames, Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Pulp Fiction’ has become one of the most Iconic pop culture films ever to land on the big screen. It won dozens of awards including a BAFTA & Golden Globe for Best Screenplay, Best Picture 20/20 award, and landed the actors a ton of supporting role awards.

At almost 3 hours long, the 60s inspired cult classic contains some of the most memorable lines ever heard in a screenplay. From Samuel L Jackson’s furious vengeance in the ‘Big Kahuna Burger’ scene to Amanda Plummer's, now famous line “Any of you fucking pricks move, and I'll execute every motherfucking last one of ya!”.

One of the opening scenes has become almost as iconic as the film itself, Pumpkin and Bunny, the couple so desperately in love they risk everything for each other as they decide to hold up a diner in the hope of a big score.

In a new interview with GQ magazine, the actor, Tim Roth, who played the part of Pumpkin detailed how he managed to land the part in Tarantino’s movie by causing a scene of his own outside the audition office that resulted in the police getting involved.

Roth says he met Quinten at a film premiere for Kingfisher, witch Amanda Plummer who played Yalanda, was starring in.

“He [Tarantino] read me the whole script as he was working on it...I had an inkling of what the film was going to be, and the layering of it...and I think he came at me for a different character initially and then he switched tracks” Says Roth on Tarantino.

Roth goes onto say “Quentin was there and I said I’d like to work with Amanda as long as she’s got a really big fucking gun in her hand and he went “done”.
