As Rammstein continue to storm their way across Europe on their latest Stadium Tour, we’ve been treated to 100s of new incredible photos from many countries and many have experienced the incredible new live show and stage set up, which looks to be their most extravagant to date.

Many were hoping for a stream of new interviews from the band, however, they have kept fairly quiet so far, except for a few conversations with the likes of Metal Hammer and Kerrang! etc. Till Lindemann rarely gives interviews, even with big magazines, so it’s very difficult to gauge who his true influences are when it comes to music, and also, who he’s currently a fan of.

Well, he’s recently been snapped with, Chris Martin, the singer from UK pop band Coldplay. Till posed for a picture with Martin in Luxembourg and happily shared the picture on his social media accounts. It would seem somewhat strange to share an image of yourself with an artist if you weren’t actually a fan of the band, so, we have to assume Till Lindemann is a Coldplay fan.

Rammstein have credited some of their early influence to bands such as Depeche Mode, and even KISS. With their music often displaying hints of electronica, and their latest single, Auslander, being more of a club anthem that a hell raising hellion, it’s easy to see how some of Rammstein might enjoy more commercial artists. However, it’s almost impossible to imagine Till Lindemann headbanging to any Coldplay records.
