Thomas Silver, former Hardcore Superstar, has released a new video called ‘D Day’ to anticipate his new solo record ‘The Gospel According To Thomas’ that will be released on November 23rd by Volcano Records.
The video takes place in an esoteric and mysterious nocturnal Florence and is enriched by the appearance of a very special guest, the legendary dancer and actor Lindsay Kemp largely known as one of the most iconic and influential artist of the last century pop culture, mentor of David Bowie and Kate Bush. Thomas Silver will present the new album with an exclusive show and release party in Milan on November 9th for the Volcano Rock Fest.
In late January 2008, it was announced on the band's official website that guitarist Thomas Silver, would be leaving the band as he had "lost his fire and inspiration". We heard very little from him after this point. He was replaced with Vic Zino and HCSS signed to Nuclear Blast.
Although Silver has to essentially prove himself as a new solo artist starting from scratch, ‘D-Day’ is already a seriously strong contender in terms of contemporary hard rock. If the album follows the same path then this could be an incredible solo record from the former HCSS rocker.
