Puppy's long-awaited debut album, The Goat, will be released worldwide on January 25th 2019 via Spinefarm Records; a fusion of earth-shattering riffs, earworm melodies and anything-goes experimentation, The Goat has plenty to offer everyone, from bullet-belted metalheads to shoe-gazing fuzz lovers.

A new single, “World Stands Still”, is available now, having picked up immediate plays across Radio 1 from the likes of Daniel P Carter’s Rock Show, the Hype Chart with Phil Taggart and the Indie Show with Jack Saunders.

Billy, Puppy drummer and director/editor of the “World Stands Still” video, says: “Many of our biggest influences as a band are movies, computer games and music that we loved as pre-pubescent/just pubescent kids. We never really got over that kind of immature excitement for the stuff we found cool. Equally though, there’s kind of a loneliness and weirdness to being that age, (which is actually probably part of the reason you throw yourself so completely into all the stuff you find cool in the first place).

We think that the Goblin Girl from our new video World Stands Still embodies this juvenile side to our band pretty neatly and we hope you enjoy watching her adventures as much as we enjoyed filming them.”
