Motionless In White singer, Chris Cerulli, is due to appear in a limited edition photography book that focuses on the style of ‘Old Master’ oil paintings. The book will contain seventy unseen portraits of rock musicians, with the full list to be announced.

"Very excited to have worked with tim tronckoe for his new Portraits book. Really rad concept, and all the photos of the artists he shot look amazing." - Chris Cerulli

The first edition is limited to just 1000 copies and is set to be published in Fall 2019. Photographer, Tim Tronckoe, has worked with Slayer, Bring me the horizon, Korn, Megadeth, Ghost, and more.

Tim says he wants to “emphasize the way we look at musicians and artists. We worship them, we admire them, as if they were kings and queens. However, underneath those layers, underneath that image, there is a real person that goes beyond the understanding of a single portrait.”

It is a 180-page visual recording of today's musical artists, expressed through Tim's unique and distinctive vision. Featuring a monumental selection of photographs which have never before been published, Portraits shows Tim's unconditional love for fine art, photography and history.

As Motionless In White gear up to enjoy the spookily beloved season of Halloween with a string of American, European and UK tour dates, Chris Motionless has been revealing some of the influence behind the making of their latest record, Disguise, which came out back in June earlier this year.

Speaking in an interview with Rocksound magazine, Chris said “When you keep things bottled up in your head, you get that tunnel vision and focus on it in a very different way. When you can either talk about them to somebody or write them down for yourself, it gives you a more even perception. I think that’s something that people don’t utilize enough - they keep everything inside until it all comes to this explosion moment. My biggest revelation would be to encourage people that, if they’re feeling that way, they need to either sit down and either write it out, just in straight diary or journal form, or seek help, try and talk to somebody.”

Motionless In White are well known for their gothic appearance and certainly like to embrace the image, they even released a Motionless In White cloak back in September to coincide with the launch of their Halloween merchandise collection. “Back by popular demand, another MIW cloak has been launched as the first item of our fall/Halloween line. Keep your eyes open for the rest creeping up soon.”
